Seasonal Refresh provides professional cleaning services focused on seasonal and periodic deep cleaning for residential properties. Our services are designed to complement regular home maintenance routines by addressing accumulated cleaning needs that arise throughout the year.

Our services include seasonal deep cleaning, allergen reduction, holiday preparation, and other specialized cleaning solutions tailored to your home's unique needs and the natural rhythm of the seasons.

Service Availability

Our services are subject to availability and scheduling constraints. We will work with you to find suitable appointment times, but we cannot guarantee specific dates or times until confirmed in writing. Service availability may vary based on seasonal demand, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

Service Customization

While we offer standardized service packages, we understand that each home has unique needs. We work with clients to customize our approach based on specific requirements, home conditions, and individual preferences. Final service details will be agreed upon during our initial consultation.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may update our service offerings, pricing, or procedures to reflect changes in our business practices, industry standards, or legal requirements. Existing service agreements will be honored according to their original terms.

Service Engagement and Access

1. Initial Consultation and Booking

To engage our services, you must provide accurate and complete information during the initial consultation. This includes your contact details, property address, specific cleaning needs, and any relevant information about your home that may affect service delivery. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains current and for notifying us of any changes.

Service bookings are confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us, typically via email. Until such confirmation is provided, no service appointment should be considered final.

2. Property Access Requirements

You agree to provide our team with safe and timely access to your property for scheduled service appointments. This includes ensuring that entry methods are clearly communicated, gates or doors are accessible, and any security systems or pets are properly managed during our visit.

If access cannot be gained at the scheduled time due to circumstances within your control, you may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

Prior to each scheduled service, you are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings. You should also inform us of any areas that require special attention or should be avoided. We recommend removing clutter from surfaces and floors to allow our team to work efficiently and thoroughly.

4. Age and Authority Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services. If you are booking services for a property you do not own, you must have the legal authority to do so and must inform the property owner of our service visit. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant us access to the property for cleaning services.

Acceptable Use and Conduct

Expected Standards of Conduct

We maintain professional standards in all our interactions and expect the same from our clients. Our team members deserve to work in a safe, respectful environment free from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

Prohibited Activities

When engaging our services, you agree not to:

  • Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
  • Request services that violate laws, regulations, or ethical standards
  • Provide false or misleading information about your property or service needs
  • Interfere with our team's ability to perform their duties safely and effectively
  • Request access to areas or items outside the agreed service scope
  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an existing service relationship if we determine that conditions are unsafe, if prohibited activities occur, or if client conduct violates these terms. In such cases, any fees paid may be forfeited, and no refunds will be provided for work not completed.

Pricing, Payment, and Cancellations

Service Pricing

Pricing for our services is provided during the initial consultation based on your specific needs, property size, and service requirements. Prices listed on our website are general estimates and may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service or changes to the scope of work.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Pricing changes will not affect services already booked and confirmed, but will apply to future bookings made after the pricing change takes effect.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods as specified during booking. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to charge late fees and to suspend future services until all outstanding amounts are paid.

For recurring service agreements, payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Failure to maintain current payment information or to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or missed appointments without prior notification, may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule cancelled appointments, but cannot guarantee availability at your preferred alternative time. In cases of emergency or circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns, which may include returning to re-clean specific areas at no additional charge. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Requests for refunds must be made within seven days of service completion.

Service Limitations and Warranties

While we strive to provide excellent cleaning services, there are inherent limitations to what can be achieved through cleaning alone. We make no guarantees regarding the complete elimination of all stains, odors, allergens, or other conditions that may be affected by factors beyond standard cleaning procedures.

Service Scope Limitations

Our services are designed for routine seasonal and periodic deep cleaning of residential properties in good general condition. We do not perform restoration work, remediation of severe contamination, repairs, or services requiring specialized licensing beyond standard cleaning. If we encounter conditions that require specialized services, we will notify you and may recommend appropriate professionals.

Results May Vary

The effectiveness of our services depends on various factors including the initial condition of your home, the nature of soiling or accumulation, the age and condition of surfaces and materials, and ongoing maintenance between services. We cannot guarantee specific results or the removal of all stains, marks, or accumulated material.

Damage Liability

We take great care to protect your property during our services. However, we cannot be held liable for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly maintained, or that have pre-existing damage or defects. We are not responsible for damage to items that were not disclosed to us prior to service or that were placed in areas where they could be affected by normal cleaning activities. Any claims for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service completion.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Seasonal Refresh or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our express written permission.

Any other use of our website or its content requires our prior written consent. You may not use automated systems or software to extract data from our website for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seasonal Refresh and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seasonal Refresh and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, your use of our services, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any disputes or concerns regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the issue informally. Many concerns can be addressed through direct communication, and we are committed to finding fair solutions.

If informal resolution is not successful, you agree to participate in mediation before pursuing any legal action. Both parties will work in good faith to select a mutually acceptable mediator and to schedule mediation within 60 days of the dispute arising.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Seasonal Refresh.

General Provisions

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Seasonal Refresh regarding our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Seasonal Refresh.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Service without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without restriction.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
